On Tuesday Tuesday Evening(April 18), the SLPS Board of Education voted  to approve changes to the Code of Conduct for the district that eliminated the Out of School Suspension for Pre-K through 2nd graders. Metropolitan Congregations United had worked with the district for months to make these changes. 

Now the work continues with the Break the Pipeline Campaign launch.
