The Vital Church Commission exists to connect, nurture, challenge, affirm and serve those seeking to live into the Great Confession (to Grow in Christ). The mission is accomplished by:
1. Partnering with Ministries committed to spiritual growth and transformation.
2. Partnering with Ministries to start New Congregations.
3. Partnering with ministries to emphasize evangelism.

Commission Representatives encourage local congregations to enter into a time of discernment concerning an intentional process of transformation, helping to provide trained representatives who can lead the congregation through the basic discernment process.

Commission Representatives encourage local Ministries living out to the Great/New Commandments by partnering with local congregations to discern their mission beyond their doorsteps by helping to provide trained representatives who can lead the congregation through the basic discernment process of expanding ministries out of the Region and into the World.

Commission Representatives encourage congregations to live out the Great Commission by equipping Area ministries and congregations with demographic studies and training to promote the starting of new churches and evangelistic outreach.
