2015 Pentecost Offering video

Pentecost gifts support the development and growth of new churches. Fifty percent of the offering is available for new church ministries in the region it was given and the remainder supports the General Assembly's New Church Priority that is housed in the Hope Partnership for Missional Transformation.

All gifts to the Pentecost Offering directly support the operating expenses of new congregations and the training of new church pastors, mentors, and coaches.

Welcome to our 12-minute "Gift of Pentecost," with song, scripture, and a trip around the world you'll not soon forget. After our volunteers read the Acts 2:1-2 scripture about the birth of the church at Pentecost, we'll begin our trip around the world, with multiple generations of readers in 17 world languages reminding us of Jesus' Great Commandment (John 13:34-35), "A new commandment I give to you: Love one another."
