The Village of Arrow Rock is hosting nationally celebrated Missouri Folk Artists Dave Para and Cathy Barton at their annual Christmas Folk Sing on Sunday, December 4th.  This is the 40th Anniversary Program, with the two of them having performed in Arrow Rock the first Sunday in December every year since 1976.  The program, called Christmas with Dave Para, Cathy Barton, and Friends, features traditional folk Christmas songs, poems and readings about Christmas with lots of audience participation.  It will be from 3:30 - 5:30 pm and is open to the public free of charge.  This start is ½ hour earlier than the 39 other programs.  The event is sponsored by the Arrow Rock Federated Church located one block left of Main Street at the corner of Fifth and High.
