Rev. Dr. Paul Koch is Regional Minister of the Mid-America Region and author of the Silver Chalice Resolution.  He introduced and guided the Region to a unanimous vote to become the first Silver Chalice Region. 

Rev. Sandy Messick is Regional Minister of the Florida Region, and shepherded the Region to embrace the Silver Chalice Ministry as the second Region. She has been encouraging Florida congregations to undertake the Silver Chalice Ministry process.
