Adams' presentation will focus on the Ten Responsibilities of a Non-Profit Governance Board and Three Duties each board member must demonstrate. Adams is a Certified Governance Trainer for Board Source, a leading non-profit consulting and research organization. Our time together will examine best practices by the board including finance, executive evaluation, and outcomes based leadership.
