The keynoter will be Tom Ahern, who is considered one of North America's leading authorities on donor communications. During three keynote sessions, he’ll discuss storytelling that creates gifts, building a case for support and specific strategies to successful donor communications. There will be additional breakout workshops and time to build community with other fund-raisers facing similar challenges.
